Payment & Delivery

1) PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay with online cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron), cash on delivery to the deliverer when picking up the product or by direct bank transfer (Virman).
2) DELIVERY
  • If the amount of your order is more than HRK 500.00, delivery is free. For orders with a total value below HRK 500.00, the delivery cost is HRK 45.00.
  • The stated amount is unique for all addresses within the Republic of Croatia.
  • As a rule, we ship all products ordered by 12:00 on the same day, and the delivery time is from one to three working days.
  • We deliver the goods by courier service or our own transport directly to all addresses within the Republic of Croatia.
  • In order to avoid situations in which the courier is not greeted by members of the household, we ask you to be present upon delivery of the shipment or leave a comment about the desired delivery time when ordering.
3) COLLECT
  • Purchased goods can be collected in person at Hrvojeva 10, 21000 Split, from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday.
  • All items ordered by personal collection between 09:00 and 13:00 (Mon.-Sat.) will be available for collection within two hours of receiving the order.
  • All orders placed on Sunday can be collected Monday from 11:00 to 18:00.
  • All orders placed after 16:00 can be collected the next day from 09:00.
  • The deadline for collecting the order is 24 hours (working days) from when the order was placed. After that, the uncollected order is returned to the warehouse and a new collection is arranged.
4) RETURN
  • The Customer exercises the right to return the goods and complaints in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/2014).
  • The Customer inspects the products when receiving the delivery and then has the right to complain about any visible defects of delivered goods, especially the quantity of delivered goods, whereas the defects that could not be detected by normal inspection when taking over the product, the buyer must notify the seller without delay.
  • If the Customer finds, during the first use of the product, that the product delivered is defective, they are instructed to send a complaint stating the order number or username and a description of the complaint via e-mail info@lrscreative.co.uk.
