We know how much our guests enjoyed signature cocktails in our bar, so today, we are sharing some of the recipes with you. 

Summer is just around the corner and these cocktails will make sure that the best part of the summer is in your hand. And hey, it might not be a bad idea to throw a mixology night party. Just grab a few mixers and spirits and get ready for a night full of fun!
naughty nuts

Naughty Nuts

Ingredients (1 serving):
   30 ml of Cachaca
   30 ml of pistachio liqueur
   20 ml of Frangelico
   30 ml of lime juice
   15 ml of simple syrup
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Dried lemon
Directions: Combine all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well for 15 seconds with ice to combine. Double strain into a rock glass filled with ice and put the garnish on top.
Why do we love it? Because of its unique and refreshing flavor. It is a perfect summer drink for sweet palates.

The Fiona

Ingredients (1 serving)
    50 ml Viljamovka
    30 ml Lemon juice
    20 ml Peach liquor
    20 ml Simple syrup
    20 ml Mandarin juice
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Dehydrated mandarin
Directions: Combine all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupette and add the garnish on top.
Why do we love it? Because this cocktail has a heart-warming story; it celebrates love. Covid-19 pandemics affected many aspects of our lives. Many people were separated from their families, friends, and partners, and it became very difficult to commute between countries. This was also the case with Fiona, from the United States, and Romain from France. A couple that spent 8 months apart due to pandemics. What once seemed to be only the lines in the atlas, now became these borders that seemed so big and almost impossible to cross. However, this couple found their way. Croatia was the only country where both of them could be at the same time. So, here they were, after months of FaceTime, they found their way back to each other and Split. After spending their days discovering all the hidden gems of Split, they came across our bar. And they loved it. They kept coming back and just on one random Tuesday evening, they told their story to one of our bartenders. It wasn’t long after that until all of us knew the story and met Fiona & Romain. So we decided to name this cocktail after Fiona; the woman who inspired us to celebrate love.

Ultra Violet

Ingredients (1 serving)
   45 ml Gin
   30 ml Lemon juice
   10 ml Grapefruit juice
   15 ml Apsinthe
   20 ml Butterfly pea syrup
   1 Egg white
   20 ml Maraskino
Glass: Nick and Nora
Garnish: Dried wholesale vanilla flower
Directions: Combine all the ingredients into a shaker and first shake it well with ice. Single strain it to another shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain it into the glass and add the garnish on top.
Why do we love it? I mean, just look at the photo, who wouldn’t love it?

jungle bird

Wild Bird – Our spin on the Jungle Bird.

Ingredients (1 serving):
   40 ml of Dark Rum
   40 ml of Pineapple Juice
   15 ml of Amaro 18
   10 ml of Sugar Syrup
   25 ml of Lime Juice
Glass: Coupette
Garnish: Lemon Zest
Directions: Combine all the ingredients into a shaker and shake well for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupette and add the garnish on top.
Why do we love it? A twist of the Jungle Bird with the perfect balance between bitter and sweet and most definitely very refreshing for summer nights.
